MISSION

My mission is to guide souls towards the most in-depth self-knowledge, to the discovery of their essence. Since we are tripartite beings (body, mind and soul), each level of being will benefit from appropriate care.

And this approach constitutes what I call Integral Spirituality in Mindfulness (SIPC).  Integral Spirituality (IS) is a unified spirituality. It encompasses all aspects of being. By combining Mindfulness (PC), we obtain a spirituality in which consciousness is the pillar. That is to say, a spirituality centered on the present moment, on the “here and now”, without judgment. It doesn’t just nourish the mind, it goes well beyond that.

This mission has two main stages: the immediate mission and the long-term mission.

First step

The immediate mission

Its aim is to guide people towards deeper self-knowledge. And this knowledge will allow them to regain their lost power. They will then be able to live up to their full potential.

Second step

The long-term mission

It aims to take care of people in their psychological, physical and material needs. This involves, for example, the construction of schools, hospitals and housing in areas where the need will be felt.

The essential question

Who am I?

Have you ever asked yourself the following essential question: Who am I? If so, what response did you receive? Did your answer satisfy you? However, if this question has never crossed your mind, then now would be the time to ask yourself seriously, in all conscience.

Or, if despite all your efforts, you still have not arrived at a convincing answer, there is no point in continuing your quest. This book will give you the tools you need to answer them.
