IN-PERSON EVENTS

Whether for a conference or a seminar, a reserved place is a paid place. ONLINE PROGRAMS

ONLINE STORE

The products ordered will be delivered to the address you gave us when ordering. Full payment must be made before delivery. A signature may be required upon receipt of your package. Products can be returned within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. After this period, we will unfortunately no longer accept returns. For books, they must be in new condition, with no obvious signs of reading, such as bent bindings.

To make a return, you must provide your order number (receipt) or other proof of purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition and deemed unused or undamaged by Sylvestre Kabeya to be eligible for a refund.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time for the item we return to you may vary.
